92bis.1 Recording of Changes by
the International Bureau
(a)
The International Bureau shall, on the request of
the applicant or the receiving Office, record
changes in the following indications appearing in
the request or demand:
(i)
person, name, residence, nationality or address
of the applicant,
(ii)
person, name or address of the agent, the common
representative or the inventor.
(b)
The International Bureau shall not record the
requested change if the request for recording is
received by it after the expiration:
(i)
of the time limit referred to in Article 22(1),
where Article
39(1) is not applicable with respect to any
Contracting State;
(ii)
of the time limit referred to in Article
39(1)(a), where Article 39(1) is
applicable with respect to at least one
Contracting State.
